The Ice Farm is owned and operated by world class ice sculptor Stanley Kolonko. Located in Central New York, we grow the best ice south of the Arctic Circle, utilizing reverse osmosis filtration, Clinebell ice machines and a good amount of patience.
We are pleased to announce that in addition to offering ice blocks and carving, we will be teaming up to provide a full service catering company.
S&B Catering utilizes the talents of Stanley Kolonko, The Culinary Institute of America trained chef with over 19 years of experience and Brendan Grillo, a professional event coordinator specializing in high quality, large catered events including fund raisers and elegant weddings.
